8.29.11 On the Road Again, Again.

Today my vacation with Olivia ends.
We are both off to our respective hosts to "work", shall we (or more over, should you,) refer to it as such.
It seems again, as it is with many places, that leaving Bordeaux for Saumur is bittersweet.  I know the coming adventure will be amazing, yet, knowing that the days of wine drinking, gelato eating, and watching the sun set over the beauty that is southern France are quickly coming to a close has me feeling oddly nostalgic for a time that's hardly yet to pass. 
Sometimes I get caught up in being alive, and forget to report on it. Those are the days that the note-pad and camera aren't needed. Those are the days we don't forget.
